When you add the Bot to your Discord server, we automatically collect and store the following server-related information:
- Server/Guild ID: A unique identifier for your Discord server
- Channel ID: The ID of the channel where game announcements are posted
- Server Configuration Settings: Your preferences including:
- Announcement interval timing
- Platform filters (included/excluded platforms)
- Game type filters (beta, DLC, loot preferences)
- Minimum game value preferences
- Game Announcement History: Records of which games have been announced to your server (to prevent duplicate announcements)
- Timestamps: When games were announced and when settings were last updated
Data We Do NOT Collect
We want to be clear about what we do NOT collect:
- Personal User Information: We do not collect Discord usernames, user IDs, email addresses, or any other personal identifiable information of individual users
- Message Content: We do not store, log, or monitor messages sent in your Discord server
- Voice Data: We do not collect or process any voice communications
- User Profiles: We do not access or store user profile information
- Direct Messages: We do not collect or store any direct messages
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected server data solely for the following purposes:

- Location: Data is stored on servers located in the United States
- Access: Only the Bot developer has access to the database

Data Retention
- Active Servers: Data is retained for as long as the Bot remains in your Discord server
- Removed Bot: When you remove the Bot from your server, data may remain in our database

We do NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties

The only third-party services we interact with are:
- Discord API: We use Discord's official API to send announcements to your server. This interaction is governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- GamerPower API: We fetch free game information from GamerPower.com's public API. No server or user data is sent to this service

Right to Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten")
You can request complete deletion of all server data in two ways:
- Using Bot Command (Recommended):

- This is instant and requires no waiting

Age Restrictions
The Bot complies with Discord's Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if older) to use Discord and, by extension, this Bot. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be:
- Posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Announced in our support Discord server (if applicable)
- Effective immediately upon posting
Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
