Agreement to Terms
By inviting FreebieFlurry ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our") to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the accompanying Privacy Policy, Discord's Terms of Service, and Discord's Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Bot.
Description of Service
FreebieFlurry is a Discord bot that automatically announces free game giveaways from various platforms including Steam, GOG, PlayStation, Xbox, and others. The Bot:
- Fetches free game information from public APIs
- Announces games to your designated Discord channel
- Allows customization through filters and preferences
- Tracks announced games to prevent duplicates
Eligibility
- You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements (13 years or older, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
- You must have the necessary permissions to add bots to the Discord server
- You must be authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of the Discord server
Use License and Restrictions
Permitted Use
You are granted permission to:
- Add the Bot to Discord servers where you have appropriate permissions
- Use the Bot's features as intended for announcing free games
- Configure the Bot's settings for your server
- Remove the Bot from your server at any time
Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Abuse or Exploit: Attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the Bot's functionality
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
- Interfere with Service: Attempt to disrupt, damage, or impair the Bot's operation
- Violate Discord Policies: Use the Bot in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policy
- Spam or Harass: Use the Bot to spam, harass, or harm other users or communities
- Illegal Activities: Use the Bot for any illegal purposes or activities
- Commercial Resale: Sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize access to the Bot
- False Information: Provide false or misleading information when using the Bot
- Automated Abuse: Use automated scripts or tools to abuse the Bot's commands
- Circumvent Limits: Attempt to bypass or circumvent any rate limits or restrictions
Discord Policy Compliance
By using the Bot, you agree to comply with:
- Discord Terms of Service
- Discord Community Guidelines
- Discord Developer Terms of Service
- Discord Developer Policy
Violation of these policies may result in removal of the Bot from your server without notice.
Data and Privacy
By using the Bot, you agree to the collection and use of server data as described in our Privacy Policy.

- GamerPower API: We fetch game information from GamerPower.com

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Use them at your own risk.
Service Availability
No Guarantee of Uptime
We provide the Bot on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
- The Bot will be available at any particular time
- All features will work as expected at all times
- Accuracy of game information from third-party sources
Maintenance and Updates
We reserve the right to:
- Perform maintenance that may temporarily disrupt service
- Update or modify the Bot's features at any time
- Change the Bot's functionality without prior notice
Termination
Termination by You
You may stop using the Bot at any time by:
- Removing the Bot from your Discord server
- Using the

Termination by Us
We reserve the right to:
- Remove the Bot from any server without notice
- Terminate or suspend access to the Bot for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse of the Bot's features

- Illegal activities
- Technical or security reasons
Disclaimers and Warranties
AS-IS SERVICE
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Title and non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
No Responsibility for Game Content
We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of game information from third-party sources
- Availability of games or giveaways
- Changes to giveaway terms by game platforms
- Expired or invalid game offers
- Quality or playability of announced games
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- No Liability for Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Server disruptions
- Harm to your Discord community
- Issues arising from third-party game platforms
- Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed $0 (zero dollars), as this is a free service.
- No Liability for Third Parties: We are not liable for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services (Discord, game platforms, GamerPower).
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be:
- Posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Effective immediately upon posting
- Announced in our support channels (if applicable)
Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Bot.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan, United States.
